Giò Guarini di G. Guarini offers worldwide shipping to ensure you can enjoy our products no matter where you are! Please review the following details regarding our shipping times, costs, and processes.

 

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2-5 business days depending on countries (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

During peak seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances, processing times may take slightly longer, but we will notify you if there are any significant delays.

 

Shipping & Delivery Estimates

Giò Guarini di G. Guarini offers free shipping using DHL, to ensure a fast, tracked and safe delivery.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on your location and any unforeseen delays, such as customs clearance or postal service disruptions.

 

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use this to track the status of your delivery on the carrier's website. If you haven’t received a tracking number within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact us at care@gioguarini.com

 

Prices, Customs, Duties, and Taxes

The price of the products is reported on the website at the time the order is placed by the consumer. All prices are based on euros and are inclusive of vat (where applicable) and of any other duty (where applicable) and include shipping costs.

The total price will be indicated in the order and provided on the order confirmation sent via e-mail to the consumer. 

For international orders, customs fees, duties, or taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These fees are not included and are the responsibility of the customer.

If the products are to be delivered outside the European union, the total price reported in the order and in the order confirmation, including indirect taxes, is net of any customs duties and any other taxes. Consumer hereby agrees to pay for any applicable custom duties or other costs, charges, and local applicable taxes, if required, in addition to the price stated in the order and in the order confirmation, as required by the applicable laws in force in the country where the product will be delivered.

We recommend checking with your local customs office to understand any potential charges before placing an order. If any customs fees or duties are due upon delivery, the customer is responsible for paying these fees.

Any unawareness by the consumer of potential costs, charges, taxes and/or duties referred to in this paragraph (above), shall not constitute grounds for termination of this contract and shall under no circumstances be paid by the vendor.

 

Shipping Restrictions

Giò Guarini di G. Guarini does not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. If you need special shipping accommodations, please reach out to us, and we will do our best to assist you.

 

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Giò Guarini di G. Guarini is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package is marked as delivered and you have not received it, please check with your neighbors, household members, or contact your local post office.

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item at care@gioguarini.com with photos of the damage, and we will assist in resolving the issue.
